ABOUT

I began my journey to become a professional leadership coach after having a transformational experience in 2009. Coach training refined a skill I have been using informally all of my life. I have been coaching pro-bono and paying clients formally since 2018 after entering and successfully completing the Leadership Coaching in Organizational Well-Being accredited coach training program at George Mason University. In addition to being a coach, I am a feedback provider for the Hogan Personality Inventory; Hogan Development Survey; and Motives, Values Preferences Inventory.
I started my career in public service over 22 years ago. In that time, I was a sailor in the U.S. Navy, defense contractor, and a member of the federal civil service. My leadership experience is comprised of developing and implementing strategy; spearheading cross-organizational collaboration and executive negotiations; leading large multi-disciplinary and matrixed teams; building and executing budgets; managing a variety of contracts; and executing a variety of large, highly visible and complex facilities and technology projects.
I hold a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Organization and Management from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park, and I am a certified Project Management Professional.
